We can deliver and install your dock for you. You can also install it yourself. Most docks can be installed in a day with just you and a helper.

The light color of EZ Dock helps keep the dock surfaces cooler than just about any other dock surface available.

EZ Dock offers several anchoring options to keep your floating dock secure in any conditions. Pipes, deadweight anchors, piling brackets, and stiff arms are among the anchoring options available to you. EZ Dock offers anchoring hardware to accommodate both freshwater and saltwater situations.

An in-water coupler installation tool and a coupler nut tool are the only special tools required to assemble the EZ Dock sections. A hammer, ratchet, 15/16” wrench or socket, and a Phillips head screwdriver are also needed.

EZ Dock uses UV-16-stabilized raw materials in all of its products so they remain truly tough under the sun and have a longer useful lifetime. Products not using a UV stabilizer may crack and even disintegrate prematurely. UV stabilizers act in ways similar to how sunscreens protect our skin from the harmful rays of the sun. The UV-16 rating means that the product contains additives that will protect the dock material from serious UV degradation when exposed to approximately 8 years of brutal Florida sunlight when tested under ASTM methods. EZ Dock also produces an extremely thick product (3/8” average thickness with 1950 psi puncture strength).

EZ Dock will provide a long-life of relatively maintenance-free enjoyment. Normally a good rain from Mother Nature is all that is required to keep the dock clean. A wash with soap and water or pressure washer from time to time may be needed to keep the dock looking new.

The EZ Dock surfaces have a non-skid texture molded into the dock sections. The docks also have grooves to channel the water away. These two features work together to provide slip-resistant footing, even when the surfaces are wet.

EZ Dock is manufactured from low-density polyethylene that will not damage the finish on any boat or PWC. Accessory features like bumpers and edging are also available.

Dock sections are 15” high and relatively light weight so they only draft approximately 1 ½”- 2” of water resulting in a nice 13” – 13 ½” freeboard height.

EZ Dock offers various gangway options including hardware kits that allow you to build your own wooden gangway with 2” x 12” boards (not included); polyethylene gangways up to 18’; and various aluminum gangways.

EZ Dock is made to be an environmentally friendly product that you can put on the water. Our dock sections do not rust, splinter, dissolve, or have any paint or chemicals that can leach out and harm the environment. In addition, EZ Dock couplers are made of rubber from recycled tires!

The EZ Dock one-piece sections contain no fillers or foam for floatations. Their patented, uniquely engineered design forms chambers that displace water and trap air for bouyancy, making it more environmentally friendly.

EZ Dock has a pylon truss design which utilizes the scientific principle of hydro-static tension (suction beneath the surface) to achieve the strongest connection possible. EZ Dock essentially becomes part of the water as opposed to riding the surface uncontrolled. The wake-muffing pockets around the perimeter aid this stability by allowing water to pass through without interrupting the sealed connection to the water.

EZ Docks are constructed of high-grade marine polyethylene. The roto-mould process creates a 3/8″ thick, self-contained single section containing no inner materials except air. This design  produces an exceptionally strong flaoting dock that is also extremely resistant to puncture or damage from the elements. The components that comprise the EZ Dock system are its coupler system – made of compressed vulcanized rubber, and the dock sections – built of incredibly strong, layered polyethylene compound.

A key aspect of EZ Dock strength is in its ability to absorb and deflect the destructive shock and torsion impact of water movement. Specifically, it is the rubber couplers that receive the pressure so that the dock does not recieve the impact. Each couplers (top and bottom connectors) can absorb and disperse up to 4,400lbs of damaging torsion and shock impact away from the dock sections. 

The linear low density polyethlene used in construction is completely resistant to environmental breakdown.

The coupler system keeps the platform secured in position while allowing each dock section to independently move and react to movement of the water. In order to maintain stability, the dock has to move as counter-intuitive as it sounds!

Slip-resistant surfaces are moulded into the EZ Docks right at the manufacturing stage so your feet can ensure better grip. Grooves on the surface channel off the water so you’re not stepping in puddles while the polyethylene surface transfers less heat to bare skin on hot days to help reduce the risk of contact burns. With no risk of splinters of protruding nails, you can leave your shoes on the shore!
